Healthy Chocolate Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 handfuls spinach
- 2 cups vegan milk or water soy, nut, rice, etc. I mixed 1 cup water with 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 5 chunks pineapple
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds ground
- 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp stevia
- 1/2 avocado
Instructions
- Add spinach and milk (or water) to the blender and blend until creamy.
- Stop the blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend at high speed until smooth, creamy texture.
