If you suffer with dry, irritated and sensitive skin, this DIY Lush Oatfix face mask will soften and exfoliate your dry flaking skin leaving you with visibly soft and dewy skin.
Lush’s all-natural face masks are like a little piece of heaven for your face. They are so good for your skin because they contain all-natural ingredients. And if you have sensitive, dry or irritated skin, the Lush Oatfix face mask will become your best friend.
While I love their masks, the downside is it can become a little pricey and there are some obscure-sounding ingredients that I’m sure my skin can do without. So I took the main ingredients found in Lush’s version of the face mask and created my own DIY Lush Oatfix face mask recipe. It left my face so soft, visibly brightened and dewy.
And the best part about this homemade face mask is you probably have the ingredients already at home! Here’s what you’ll need:

I love Lush’s Oakfix. and you are right, it is getting more and more pricy. Besides coloring what is sandalwood powder for?
Hi Cecily! Sandalwood powder is good for calming irritated skin and soothing inflammatory skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. I’ve used it to make a mask to soothe itchy skin and it worked great.
