I got tired.
Tired of watching my face sag and doing nothing about it.
It was a gradual change I didn’t even notice until one day I was looking through old photos…
When did that happen?
When did I start developing this second chin?
Where did these bags under my eyes come from?
Why do my eyelids look so droopy?
What happened to my cheekbones?
My face was aging and it wasn’t time for that. I was much too young…so I thought.
Now, here I was staring at my reflection in the mirror and not recognizing who was staring back at me.
It. Was. Time.
No hiding behind big hats, sunglasses or heavy makeup.
And I wasn’t going under the knife. Oh, no. Not me. I’m all about natural.
And I’ve seen some horrific before/after pictures of women whose surgeries left them unrecognizable and some laughable.
I just wanted to firm up my face a bit. And that desire is what led me to start researching for information about facial exercises for a natural face lift.
My research paid off.
I learned what facial exercises were, the science behind it, and why it works.
It made sense.
We work out the muscles in our bodies and, over time, we begin to look toned and strong.
Well, there are muscles in our face too. Couldn’t I work those out and get a toned and tight face?
And the answer is, Yes!
There are many exercises for the face that help turn back the clock and I’m going to share with you what I’ve learned so you can benefit from it too.

Now I’ve already shared the benefits of facial exercises and a mini facelift offer in a previous post so I won’t repeat myself here. What I will share are several facial exercises for the most common facial concerns that I think you’ll love.
Types of facial exercises
There are different types of facial exercises to address the various needs your face has. There are exercises to combat droopy eyelids, double chins, sagging cheeks, laugh lines and more.
The first step is to identify which areas of your face you want to target, and then find the best facial exercise routine to address those needs.
There are a ton of instructional videos online and I watched many of them. Through my research, I found that Face Yoga Method is the easiest to follow and the most effective method of transforming your face naturally. I really loved the exercises, so I’m sharing some of my research with you.
