Sometimes you want to indulge a little but stay healthy. This chocolate green smoothie recipe combines the healthiest ingredients that nourish the body while pleasing the taste buds.

  • 3 handfuls spinach
  • 2 cups vegan milk or water soy, nut, rice, etc. I mixed 1 cup water with 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 5 chunks pineapple
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds ground
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 1/2 avocado


  • Add spinach and milk (or water) to the blender and blend until creamy.
  • Stop the blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend at high speed until smooth, creamy texture.


You can adjust the sweetness by changing the amount of stevia you add. This recipe is easy to mix up by changing the type of greens or fruit.
